General Terms

Our service packages are tailored, high-value offerings designed to deliver measurable results for corporate clients through a combination of virtual services, in-person media production, and scheduled digital content delivery. Due to the custom nature of each package and the pre-allocation of resources upon booking, all sales are final and non-refundable.

This applies to (but is not limited to) all current packages, including:

• REMIUM CL

• ADVANCED CL

• ESSENTIAL CL

Non-Refundable Policy

Once payment is received and your booking is confirmed:

• Your service slot is fully allocated and scheduled.

• Resources such as staff, production time, media space, and content delivery channels are reserved.

• No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation, change of plans, or non-participation.

If your event is rescheduled or your participation shifts, we will make reasonable efforts to adjust deliverables accordingly. However, no guarantee of change, credit, or refund is made.

Transfer of Services

Transfer of a booked service package to another corporate entity (within the same group or to a replacement participant) may be considered on a case-by-case basis, and must:

• Be requested in writing

• Be submitted at least 30 days prior to the start of service delivery

• Receive written approval from our team

Force Majeure

If service delivery becomes impossible due to events beyond our control—such as natural disasters, public health crises, platform outages, or government restrictions—we reserve the right to modify, postpone, or adjust the timeline and format of deliverables.

Please note: The no-refund policy remains in effect under such circumstances.

Confirmation & Acceptance

By completing a purchase on our webshop, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to make the purchase on behalf of your organization.

• You accept these terms in full.

• You understand the nature of our services as custom, scheduled, and non-refundable.

1. Service Fulfillment

All services included in the REMIUM CL package are delivered digitally or in person, depending on the component. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Social media posts & campaigns

• Video production and podcast episodes

• LinkedIn™ Lives and Bootcamps

• On-site video shoots and interviews

• Digital assets like logos, videos, and documents

You will receive confirmation and timelines for each service after booking.

2. No Physical Shipping

Our services do not include any physical product shipment. All deliverables are either:

• Provided during live events,

• Sent via email or cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer), or

• Published directly on relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn™, YouTube™)

3. Delivery Timeline

Service components are fulfilled according to your event schedule and our mutually agreed project timeline.

Exact delivery dates (for videos, posts, reports, etc.) will be communicated in writing after onboarding.

4. Access to Digital Deliverables

You will receive access to:

• Cloud recordings of livestreams (if applicable)

• Edited video content (e.g., Reels, Interviews)

• Promotional graphics and post copy (if applicable)

• Analytics and engagement reports (if applicable)

All files are delivered in standard formats (MP4, JPG, PDF, etc.), unless otherwise requested.
