Hello, I'm Ilkay!

As co-founder of the Composites Lounge, I help companies in the composites industry be seen as an expert on LinkedIn™. From now on it's easy to get in touch with the right people. I built the Composites Lounge community organically and post by post over the years. I did this at a time when there were no groups in this niche. I have now accompanied over 500 people on their journey to becoming visible on LinkedIn™. As an official LinkedIn Learning Trainer, I have already recorded two online courses in cooperation with LinkedIn in Graz (Austria) and am a LinkedIn™ Community Top Voice in Thought Leadership.

With my own community of over 30,000 followers on LinkedIn™ alone, I not only influence industries as the most visible business influencer in the DACH region, but also address topics of public interest as a content creator and lobbyist. My heart beats for the composites industry and I love the creative freedom that my coaching business allows me. It is currently my heart's desire to turn the Composites Lounge group into a community whose members support each other and have each other's backs.
